Q1. Can I take Live-well OsteSAMIN Plus Chondroitin if I have been having joint pain for many years?
The symptoms of knee osteoarthritis usually develop gradually.

Live-well OsteSAMIN Plus Chondroitin contains glucosamine and chondroitin which are natural components of healthy joint tissue.
They work by supplying the natural raw ingredients cartilage needs to repair and rebuild itself, reducing stiffness and relieving joint pains.
In addition, supplemental glucosamine and chondroitin also inhibit certain enzymes that destroy the cartilage such as collagenase and phospholipase which helps to delay the progression of Osteoarthritis.
Live-well OsteSAMIN Plus CHONDROITIN is suitable for those with dietary restrictions to beef as our ingredients are derived from seafood while the capsule is made from vegetable source.
Live-well OsteSAMIN Plus CHONDROITIN may not be suitable for vegetarians because the ingredients glucosamine and chondroitin are derived from seafood. However, for vegetarians who experienced joint pain, they can consider taking Live-well OsteMSM 500 and Live-well OsteRELIEF as these two products are beneficial for joint health and do not contain any animal derivative.
The ingredients glucosamine and chondroitin are derived from seafood, thus individuals who are allergic to seafood are not advised to take the product. Side effects such as skin rashes, redness and itchiness has been reported in individuals who suffer from seafood allergy.
Glucosamine & chondroitin work differently from painkillers. When part of your body is injured, special nerve endings send pain messages back to your brain.

Maintenance Dose: 1 capsule twice daily (15 minutes before meals)
It is indeed safe for diabetics and pre-diabetics to take this supplement as the fact regarding glucosamine raising blood sugar levels is found to be inaccurate. Latest studies have found that glucosamine and chondroitin does not increase blood sugar levels.
